Wedding Shower Mini Album

I made a mini album for my friend Katie's bridal shower.  I used the hidden hinge
binding system.  Each page is interactive and has a quote about marriage
in the page pocket.
On page one I used the Stampin up mini bags (Im obsessed with them).  I also
used misc paper throughout the entire book.

On page two I used the Cricut for their initials and also used the Stampin up die
that looks like a Polaroid. I used this again later i n the book.

I kept page three pretty simple

on page four I put a magnet behind the latch (on right) which opens and has
room inside for additional pictures.

on page five the right side flips up to hold pictures

on page six I added some tabs and pull outs.
The last page has some tags and the left side flips up.

Halloween Treat Bags

Ive seen lots of paper bag treat bags all over the internet so I decided to come up with my own halloween version. I can't remember exactly where I first saw the idea.  The original Idea had ribbon handles but I didn't like how loose they were.  I made my handles out of a 6" X 1' piece of paper scored at 1/2" and taped together.  It is really sturdy.  I filled each bag with candy treats and will give them to my customers next week.  I really hope they like them.

I used different papers I got at Tuesday morning

The paper is just covering a brown paper bag inside.

On the back I put my message and our Logo.

Swap Bags

I like to make bags for the members of Swap Your Heart Out.  For this bag I used Stampin up MDS for the tag, front, and name.  I added the heart punch, heart die, blossoms flower,  and Tim Holtz rosette die.

Card Swap Bags

We had our first swap this week at Swap Your Heart Out!  Because this was our first meeting I made each swap member a personalized bag.  I typed the words "Swap Your Out" and each name on My Digital Studio.  I cut all layers with my paper cutter using scrap paper.  I stamped beige layer with dots (Unity) and scroll (stampin up).  I distress the edges.  The black layer of the heart is the stampin up die cut and the inside is the large heart punch.  I tied a ribbon and glued it to a tim holtz clip.  Each name tag has a magnet on the back.  The base of the tags are left over gift tags from Hobby Lobby.  I punched out the names using the large oval punch (stampin up).  I added a little bling and some green flowers.  They really liked them and we each had a bag to take home our cards.

Thank You Gift Bags

For nurses aide week my agency made these gift bags to hand out.  There is a poem on the front and treats on the inside.  They turned out really cute!  Great job Tara!

The poem was printed on the computer.  Lady bug was made with Cricut Doodle charms and Ribbon is from Stampin up!

The Poem says:

Thanks for all you do!

This package contains:
Lollipop-because someone so sweet deserves a special treat
Pretzels- because you are some one we can count on in a crunch
Chocolate Chip Cookies-because you're always willing to chip in with a helping hand
Lifesavers - a reminder of the many times others will need your help.
Mints - to remind you your compassion is worth a mint to your patients.
Starbursts - for that extra burst of energy needed at the end of the day

The effort you put in makes
it a TREAT to work with you!

Quick Kindness Gift Bags

I made these gift bags for a presentation about Alzheimer's Disease last week.   I thought the theme of Kindness was appropriate.  The quote says "Kindness in words creates confidence.  Kindness in thinking creates profoundness, Kindness in giving creates love.  - Lao Tzu"

This is how I made them:
I stared with mini brown lunch sacs from Hobby Lobby
1. I cut the base in red 3 1/2"x  2 1/2"
2. I cut the beige paper 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
3.  I stamped the bird in Versafine Sepia (stampin up Friends 24-7)
4.  I printed the quote on my computer in a text box 2 1/4" x 1 1/4"
5.  I glued both panels onto the red leaving a gap of red between.
6.  I tied the bow (ribbon from Hobby Lobby) and glued on.
7.  Filled with candy, a business card, and stapled shut.

They looked really cute on the tables.
