Halloween Witch

I used an acrylic frame (from the dollar store) as my base for this project. I took a digital picture of my face, colorized it (green) and printed from my computer. I created my own template for the witch. I used Toole for the skirt and a paper lunch bag for the broom. The Spider web, spider and bats were cut using my cricut (storybook cartridge). I added silver glitter glue to accent the hat, dress, and boots. I am going to put this on my desk at work.

I made a matchbook fold out birthday card. I used decorative papers, alphabet stamps, tim holtz distress inks, and misc. stickers. I hope he likes it.

Joey's Birthday Joker!

Instead of a traditional card i decided to make a stand up JOker because Joey loves to play poker. I used playing cards for the body and a bamboo skewer. If you look close you can see the poker chip on the base and the cigarette in his hand.... Happy Birthday Baby Boy!

VW Birthday card

I wanted to make Sean a VW card. Using his model VW as inspiration I created the card. I cut felix from a return address label and put him in the drivers seat. The scale is a little off but for my first freehand attempt it is pretty cool!

Sean's Birthday Banner Instructions

  1. I downloaded letters from Tim Holtz Distractible CD (alphas & numbers) into I photo
  2. I reduced size to 3.88" and printed onto Cream Card stock
  3. I cut scalloped pattern from green card stock using my Cricuit (storybook pg. 36 flower) Size 4.5
  4. I cut out and glued the letter blocks onto the scallops using foam squares
  5. I punched and set eyelets on each scallop using my Big Bite
  6. I cut 3" 1/4 inch ribbon in blue and green and tied the scallops together
The banner can be used over and over by just changing the name...
