This is a balloon arch I made for the baby shower. I made the base using PVC pipe with Repair Couplings to help with the arch. My husband made a cement base with a piece of pipe (used as a sleeve) large enough to hold the PVP pipe. It took about 1 hour to put together and the base is reusable.

Fantastic! I can decorate the event space Atlanta all by myself. It is my sister’s 25th birthday and I know she is old but she will always appreciate the effort done for her and I am going to make this place very beautiful so that growing old doesn’t make her sad.
