Halloween Cone

Supplies:
File Folder
Mod Podge
Foam Brush
Tissue Paper
Rubber Stamps
Punches
Scrap card stock/ribbon









Step 1:
Cut a piece of file folder 8 x 11". Decoupage one side with torn tissue paper (target) and let dry (1 hour). Decoupage the other side with torn newspaper. While still wet roll into a cone shape staple the bottom to hold in place.











Step 2:
Let Dry Overnight








Step 3:
Stamp Happy Halloween image (dollar bin Michael's) on piece beige card stock, Ink sides with Distressables (antique linen), cut out with paper cutter. Layer on top of Orange and black card stock. Attach to front of cone.

Step 4:
Stamp Spider (dollar bin Michael's) on beige card stock. Ink sides as above. Punch out with 1 1/4" circle punch. Punch one orange circle scallop and one 1 1/2" circle from black. Layer cream, orange, and black. Outline the first layer with black sharpie.

Step 5:
Punch two holes in the bottom of cone and attach medallion to cone with green ribbon.

Step 6:
Punch two holes in upper sides of cone. Thread ribbon through holes and tie knot on inside. Using hot glue attach 1 yard feather garland (hobby lobby) around rim of cone with hot glue gun.

Step 7:
Fill with treats to give to someone special.
