Mothers Day Tea Tables

Every Year I host two tables at an assisted livings mothers day tea.  Here are the two tables My mother and I sponsored this year.

For the centerpiece on this table I used books, gloves, a metal basket filled with apples, a garden tin from my house and fresh flowers in a metal tin.  For the placemats I just cut burlap.  The napkin rings are TP rolls with Crimped paper and I clipped a flower to ti for color.

This was our garden table.  We had garden hats for each guest (dollar tree) and the napkin rings had clip on flowers that the ladies clipped to their hat ribbon.
For the gift bags we added glued seed packets to the front of a small lunch bag. The guest at this table said they felt like they were at a garden party.

For the Luau  table we got creative. And used lots of items from the Dollar Tree including,  dish drying pads for the placements, pink flamingo wine glasses, leis (3/$1), paper pineapple and hawaiian girl.
The napkin rings were made from TP rolls covered with crimped paper.  I just glued a pink flower on top to give some color.  For a little gift we filled colorful takeout containers with mints and chocolate.

I used two of my house plants, my surfboard cutting board, and misc. mixed china.  The guest at this table described it as "a really fun party"

Thank you so much for stopping by!
