Wedding Shower Paper Cake & Banner
I made a paper cake for my friends sisters Bridal Shower. The theme was county chic. Each cake slice was filled with chocolate for each guest to take as a party favor.
I made the cake slices on my Cricut, embossed the tops, made paper flowers. I added Velcro to the ribbon to help keep the layers snug. I love the way it turned out and so did they.
The banner was made with my Cricut and embossed. Each letter hung on a rope secured with clothespins.

Mail Art Envelope Swap Day #1
I'm participating in a swap over at Life on the scrap beach: http://thescrapbeach.ning.com/
The challenge was to create 10 envelopes, any style, and they didn't have to be the same (yah!)
I will be posting one envelope a day. They were so much fun and allowed me to try different techniques.
Here is Envelope #1

For the front of the card I free hand cut trees and grass using scrap paper. I stamped life on the front and outlined in white.
For the back I left area for return address and stamped ... and it's all good. Thanks for stopping by!
